Order, Shipping & Return Information

 

*Timber & Tide Boutique only ships merchandise within the United States*

The shipping address must be a verified United States Postal Service (USPS) deliverable address. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and verified USPS address.

In-Stock Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.

Pre-Order Only Items will ship 7-10 business days after the pre-order end date that is stated on each pre-order item listing. 

Custom Printed Items will ship 7-10 business days after purchase.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. Items also cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed.

All order shipping prices are determined by item weight.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Occasionally other shipping carriers such as FEDEX or DHL may be utilized for order delivery.

Orders will usually arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment date. Allow up to 5 additional business days for orders placed during peak holiday shipping times such as Thanksgiving through Christmas. 

All orders will receive a shipping notification email that will have tracking available. 

The risk of loss and ownership for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the customer when the packaged order is submitted to USPS/Shipping Carrier for delivery processing and/or is assigned a tracking number.

In the event that a package becomes lost/stolen/damaged or a customer submits an inaccurate/wrong/incomplete/undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for contacting a local USPS Mail Carrier/local USPS Postmaster/Shipping Carrier for assistance in locating packages and/or seeking compensation for items that were lost/stolen/damaged during transit or at the point of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any merchandise is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of packaging and/or products may be required by Timber & Tide Boutique in order to process any returns/store credit.

If you believe that you have received defective or damaged merchandise that was not damaged due to carrier package damage/mishandling during transit you MUST contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt of your order. No exceptions. If we do not receive a notification from you via email within 3 days (72 hours) of your delivery time, the return will be denied and no form of refund or store credit will be given.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Timber & Tide Boutique accepts returns for website store credit only.

A Return Request Form must be submitted for all returns.

Store credit will be issued after we receive, approve and process your return. Any shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. Store credit will be available to you within 3 business days after we process your return.

Please make sure that you have determined that your item qualifies for a return/store credit (based on our return policy and return guidelines) before submitting a return request and before shipping your item back to us. We will not send your item back to you in the event that your item is deemed ineligible for a return. Customers will be responsible for all return postage costs required in order to send ineligible items back to them. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All customers must submit a return request to us via email within 7 days after receipt of your order before returning any merchandise. Once submitted, our Timber & Tide Boutique team will approve or deny your request based on our return policy. If return approval is given, you will be notified with return instructions.

Once a return request has been approved you will receive an email with instructions for your return that will include a return mailing label. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days after the return approval date. Any returns that are received with a postmark after 7 days will not be accepted or processed and you will be responsible for the return postage back to you.

All approved returns will be inspected by our team within 2 business days of arrival and must meet our  Return Approval Guidelines (see below) before any store credit is given.

Timber & Tide Boutique does not process exchanges.

Due to the limited availability of our merchandise, limited quantities of sizes, as well as our weekly launches of new collections, no exchanges will be given. Please refer to the size measurements on each listing before placing your order. 

If you would like to order another size of an item your first order must be returned, received, approved and processed by our team before we will issue any store credit. You may order another size at your convenience and payment method or wait to reorder once you receive your store credit. 

Any customer who repeatedly abuses our return policy will be denied from placing orders on this website and will have all pending/future orders and/or returns for store credit denied.

Any attempts to use Credit Card Chargebacks as a means of "On-Line Shoplifting" will be vigorously denied on our behalf and you will be banned from placing orders on this website and will have all pending/future orders and/or returns for store credit denied.

 

Return Approval Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Tags must be attached as received and cannot be “just included in the package” or “stuffed into the pockets”.

Non-clothing items must be in original packaging with all pieces and packing materials included.

Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, have deodorant marks, contain animal hair, have any undesirable odors or are in any other condition that deem the item unreturnable will not be approved or processed and will not be eligible for return/store credit.

All returns/store credit will be processed and approved at the discretion of Timber & Tide Boutique.

If your return is not approved, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs that will be required in order to send your item back to you. An invoice for the estimated cost of return shipping will be sent via email. Any invoice that is not paid within 14 days will be considered as an abandonment of merchandise on your behalf. After 14 days all abandoned merchandise returns will be donated to a local charity.

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned for store credit: All jewelry sales, all undergarment/sock sales, all beauty/personal care products, all pre-order only items and all custom printed items. This includes all Graphic Apparel items. All final sale and clearance items are also ineligible for return/store credit.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
